East Farm House is a 17th century, Grade II listed semi-detached farmhouse situated in the village of Humshaugh, six miles from Hexham. This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of two doubles, including one with an en-suite shower and two twins, as well as a family bathroom. Downstairs there's a kitchen with dining area, a dining room, a games room with pool table and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside the cottage there is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio, pond and furniture.
